What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are made to order, which means that I do not have the physical stock yet available. When you place an order during December 27th to January 28th, the production for items will start on January 18th. When all pre-order items are ready and arrive to me, I will pack them and ship them to you! Pre-order items such as Tea Bags are made by me, so they may ship out earlier than other items. Please keep this in mind! If your order includes pre-order items that arrive earlier than the others, everything will be shipped together once the rest arrive as well.

Do you accept orders outside of EU?
Yes, I ship worldwide! Exceptions are Russia and Israel.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please check the shipping page for estimated delivery times and pre-order updates for current batch of items in production.

Do you accept group orders?
Yes! If you want to place a group order, please contact me first, so I can arrange you the most suitable shipping! Shipping from Finland is very expensive outside of EU, and by combining many orders the cost for shipping will be more affordable than what it would be if ordered individually.
